Oversee and Work with Managed Service Provider
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of all IT systems and services
Manage and direct the daily operations of the IT department, including help desk services, desktop support, instructional technology support
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for hardware, software, security, and data management
Ensure timely and effective technical support for students, faculty, and staff
