5+ years expALL KNOWN SERVICES is seeking a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design and develop Salesforce solutions. The role involves building OmniStudio components, implementing automation, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch & Queueable jobs
Build OmniStudio components ( FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors ) for tailored user experiences
Implement automation using Salesforce Flows & Process Builder
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and ETL processes
Optimize performance, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues
Enforce Salesforce security and sharing models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
Maintain technical documentation and support CI/CD deployments (Flosum preferred)
Qualification
Required
5+ years Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows
Hands-on OmniStudio experience (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations/APIs
Familiarity with Flosum or similar deployment tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer)
Health Cloud and healthcare domain experience (nice to have)
