Responsibilities

Owning the visual identity and branding of all Population Health (PH) content and materials

Designing, formatting, and laying out reports, guides, presentations, newsletters, and other PH publications

Developing branded templates, style guides, and toolkits to support consistent content creation

Collaborating closely with the Population Health team to translate technical content into clear, compelling visuals

Ensuring all designs align with GBS brand standards while tailoring to PH-specific needs

Managing design workflows, project timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the PH team

Providing content design feedback where appropriate, ensuring alignment with branding goals while considering how users interact with and experience the content

Staying up to date on health and wellness design best practices and bringing creative innovation to the team

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent organizational and project management skills

High level of creativity and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design ideas effectively

Preferred

Experience in design, branding, or visual communication

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Programs, especially PowerPoint
