Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with employer accounts

Educate employees on Aflac benefits and guide them through the enrollment process

Conduct presentations and benefit consultations for employees within the provided accounts

Manage your own schedule to support ongoing account needs and enrollment periods

Deliver continued service, support, and communication to employers and their teams

Generate new business through outreach, meetings, and presentations

Access to provided accounts to work on, as well as the opportunity to close your own self-generated business

Obtain and maintain the required New York Accident & Health and Life license

Participate in ongoing training and follow all compliance and ethical standards
