Responsibilities
Implement the development, testing and operational support of MOA Applications
Analyzing and resolving errors at the direction of the Systems Analyst Supervisor
Preparing and updating system and user documentation
Assist customers in the use of assigned systems
Provide input on area of expertise to Systems Analyst Supervisor
Deliver necessary testing to certify system changes, fixes, patches and upgrades to assigned systems are operational
Assists with project documentation and the transition to program/system maintenance staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent and eight (8) years of experience in the field related to the position
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline and six (6) years of experience in the field related to the position
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline and four (4) years of experience in the field related to the position
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline and two (2) years of experience in the field related to the position
Employment is conditional based on a satisfactory background check which includes criminal, education, and employment history
Applicants must be legally authorized to work and accept employment in the United States
Individuals currently serving as a member in good standing in the National Guard or the organized military reserves who wish to be considered for interview preference must attach proof of current service to the application
