Responsibilities

Implements process development activities for mid‑complexity projects, introduces DFLM methodologies into PDLM, and aligns process/equipment capabilities with product and manufacturing requirements
Leads timely release of Manufacturing BOMs and master data routes, ensures adherence to safety, regulatory, environmental, and company policies, and follows all processes for product introductions, qualifications, and releases
Oversees complex process implementations, resolves diverse industrialization challenges using sound judgment and effective methodologies, and drives lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Builds strong relationships within product industrialization teams, acts as a subject‑matter expert, disseminates technical knowledge, and influences peers while supporting design changes both internally and at supplier sites
Applies lean principles to enhance productivity, initiates and integrates design changes guided by PDLM projects, and ensures efficient workflows to achieve optimal project outcomes

Required

2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or related engineering fields with a bachelor's degree; no experience required with a master's degree
Experience may include contributions as an individual contributor in engineering process development, operations support, or continuous improvement environments
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, Systems Engineering, Sciences, or an equivalent field
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

Preferred

Knowledge in EHS, Master Data Management, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PLM, Lean Manufacturing, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Six Sigma, Cost Optimization, Regulatory Compliance, Project Management, and Manufacturing Process Development
Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
