Responsibilities
Build and implement SOPs, playbooks, and training programs from scratch
Establish brand standards and ensure they are executed daily
Create a disciplined, high-performance operating culture
Act as the final authority on operational decisions
Train, mentor, and hold senior on-site leadership accountable
Ensure consistency in service delivery, presentation, and execution
Build teams that reflect precision, calm, and professionalism
Review operating statements, budgets, and performance metrics
Track and enforce KPIs across departments
Ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency without compromising standards
Protect the brand at all times — no shortcuts
Ensure every detail reflects a refined, understated luxury experience
Maintain consistency as the platform prepares for expansion
Act as a core architect of the national rollout strategy
Build systems and standards that scale across future locations
Grow with the business into a broader executive leadership role
Qualification
Required
Senior operations leadership within top-tier luxury hotels or resorts
Experience building or running operations at brands such as: Four Seasons, Aman, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, Rosewood, Waldorf Astoria, Wynn, Encore, Bellagio, Venetian, Cosmopolitan, Aria
Proven ability to build SOPs and training programs
Proven ability to lead large, high-standards teams
Proven ability to enforce brand discipline
Proven ability to own operational outcomes
Comfortable in founder-led, high-expectation environments
Type-A, calm, decisive, not performative
Preferred
Commercial real estate exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
