Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish structured digital content using a headless CMS
Maintain accuracy and consistency of content across ecommerce pages
Ensure content meets brand, regulatory, and internal quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions
Optimize product content for user experience and conversion
Manage content review and approval workflows with compliance stakeholders
Maintain documentation and version control for published content
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with a headless CMS such as Strapi or similar
Experience with structured content entry, content modeling, and publishing workflows
Ecommerce content experience, including product detail pages and merchandising workflows
Strong attention to detail with a QA-driven mindset
Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with SEO best practices for ecommerce
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
