Responsibilities
Partner with Data and Security teams to support security-driven initiatives, ensuring systems and data flows are designed in a secure, scalable, and enterprise-aligned manner
Act as a shared analyst across multiple initiatives, providing consistent analytical support and security-focused insight
Contribute to the definition and evolution of security architecture patterns, standards, and guardrails aligned with enterprise direction
Serve as a consultative SME to delivery teams, advising on security implications, data considerations, and system design tradeoffs
Support initiatives across core security domains, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), application security, cloud security, and data security
Translate security requirements, policies, and control objectives into practical system and data design considerations
Provide analytical support for security governance activities, including control mapping, data classification, audit readiness, and risk assessments
Collaborate with security stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory, privacy, and compliance expectations
Perform data and systems analysis to support secure integrations, data flows, and platform design across enterprise environments
Contribute to data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage considerations to improve transparency and governance
Develop an understanding of enterprise data integrations and pipelines, including how security controls impact ingestion, transformation, and consumption
Support documentation and analysis of system dependencies, interfaces, and data movement across platforms
Work closely with Data Platform and Security teams to ensure alignment across priorities, timelines, and technical approaches
Partner with third-party vendors and implementation partners to support analysis, solution design, and delivery quality
Participate in planning, refinement, and execution activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring security and data considerations are addressed early
Produce clear documentation, analysis artifacts, and recommendations to support informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives
Working knowledge of enterprise security concepts, with strength in Identity & Access Management and GRC
Experience contributing to security architecture, system design, or enterprise platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and data flows holistically
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to operate across cross-functional teams and balance multiple priorities
Familiarity with modern data platforms and integration patterns; hands-on experience is a plus
Preferred
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Data and analytics ecosystems including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Astronomer
Work management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and GitHub
