Responsibilities
Providing audiovisual support for presentations such as meetings, webinars, seminars, video conferencing and live events
Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio visual and sound gear for meetings, events, or virtual sessions
Maintaining careful equipment inventory
Working closely with clinicians, meeting planners, scientists and communications and marketing staffs
Ordering supplies and maintaining departmental records
Performing office / clerical work as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
General Experience and working knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of AV related technology Required
Preferred
Associate's Degree Multi-media, Video Production, Audio Visual or related field Preferred
General Experience with Audio Visual and presentation technologies in a professional setting Preferred
General Experience In a Customer Service Role Preferred
