Responsibilities
Program/Project Management
Cost account management skills in the SAP environment
System and Component Requirements analysis and decomposition
Control architecture and design
Root cause and corrective action planning and execution
Mechanical Systems validation & verification
Customer technical interface
Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 6 years of Engineering experience with complex mechanical systems
Experience demonstrating strong leadership skills — specifically decision making, driving results, and bias for action
Preferred
Strong management operating system that facilitates communication, both internal and external
Utilizes Six Sigma and program management tools as appropriate within the Integrated Product Development Systems (IPDS) framework
Persuasion to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
Business acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry
Mechanical/Actuation Systems design and/or component controller integration
Physics based model development and system design
Experience with DOORs and/or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
