Analyze first-party property insurance policies and identify coverage issues
Prepare written coverage opinions and pre-suit evaluations
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in coverage litigation
Manage matters through all phases of litigation
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement discussions
Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop legal strategy
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Minimum 2+ years of relevant legal experience
Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Preferred
Experience with insurance coverage disputes preferred, including policy analysis and coverage opinions
