Responsibilities
Oversee the design, execution, assessment, and troubleshooting of applications
Strategically facilitate the organization’s application needs including but not limited to support of the MEDITECH system
Assist in resolving application issues as they arise from day to day
Assist Information Technology support technicians as needed
Oversee system startups in a timely and accurate fashion
Provide support to other departments where required
Responsible for one shift, five days per week
Incumbent is subject to overtime, on-call duty and call back as required by the organization
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in computer science, information systems, or related field
Minimum five years of experience with computer operations/operating systems and/or software applications
Solid working knowledge of current technologies
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Adept at conducting research into software-related issues and products
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer service skills
Highly logical
Highly self-motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Preferred
Supervisory experience
Hands-on software troubleshooting experience
