Responsibilities
Lead the accounting team, providing coaching, development, and performance management
Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Oversee AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and general ledger functions
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making
Implement process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency
Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury‑related activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
CPA required
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Experience with ERP/accounting systems; ability to guide system upgrades or implementations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proven leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
