Responsibilities
Support, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (on-prem and Azure)
Manage and troubleshoot cloud technologies including O365, M365, Intune, and Azure
Perform advanced diagnostics on servers, networks, and software systems
Provide exceptional customer-facing support and communication
Maintain strong organizational practices to manage multiple priorities
Travel to client sites as needed (company car provided)
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in IT engineering
Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies
Experience with Windows Server environments
Experience with diverse networking infrastructures
Ability to support, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (on-prem and Azure)
Ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud technologies including O365, M365, Intune, and Azure
Ability to perform advanced diagnostics on servers, networks, and software systems
Exceptional customer-facing support and communication skills
Strong organizational practices to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Deep understanding of diverse systems and networks
Solid knowledge of internet security and data privacy best practices
Ability to troubleshoot high-level issues quickly and independently
