Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager in leading and developing field technicians
Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance evaluations
Lead daily huddles and weekly training meetings
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
Uphold company culture, professionalism, and service standards
Drive daily sales execution, upsells, and recurring service conversions
Coach technicians on customer communication and value presentation
Support retention efforts and professionally resolve escalations
Promote white-glove service and a strong online reputation
Assist with scheduling, routing, and daily operations
Perform field audits to ensure quality, safety, and consistency
Monitor inventory, equipment, and vehicle readiness
Ensure compliance with treatment protocols, PPE, and regulations
Support execution of branch growth strategies
Maintain accountability and consistent customer experience
Identify process, routing, and service improvements
Provide feedback and reporting to leadership
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
Professional appearance and communication skills
Preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Service industry experience preferred (pest control a plus, not required)
