Contact Center Customer Service Representative
GPM Life Insurance Company is looking for a Contact Center Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to customers and agents. The role involves managing calls, responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and assisting with policy information.

Responsibilities
Managing incoming and outgoing calls and customer service inquiries from other departments
Respond to incoming email requests via email, phone call or written correspondence
Confer and discuss alternative options with policyholders who are trying to surrender and transfer their policies to other companies
Engage with Contact Center Team Leader and the Supervisor of Customer Service to meet team and company goals
Complete requested forms and letters that will be sent to policyholders
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives
Provide policy value information, process loans, and assist agents with information
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
The ability to work as a team and independently
Attention to detail
Retention of information and strict adhering to privacy rules is required
Willingness to learn about the difference between Life, Term and Universal Life policies and Annuities
Effective communication and customer service skills
Time management and organizational skills
Great people skills
Professional demeanor
High School plus some college or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Preferred
Experience in a life insurance environment preferred
