Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of application and systems sales engineers
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
Dynamic and self-motivated individuals with strong leadership skills
