Responsibilities

Implement operator training at Crown and off site locations
Assist with development of operator or service training materials
May be responsible for training service personnel for branch, dealers, and customers to repair and maintain Crown and other products
May facilitate Demonstrated Performance Quickstart training and other DP training programs at regional training site
Assist in train the trainer sessions for DP skill checkers
May maintain training materials, equipment, tools and supplies for training site

Qualification

Required

Three years prior lift truck maintenance or related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks

Preferred

Electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and product knowledge
Effective presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills
Technical degree preferred
