Responsibilities
Provide architectural leadership across a mature and expanding ServiceNow environment
Partner with fellow architects, technical product owners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with established architectural standards
Design scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules
Lead and support complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Guide development teams through integration best practices and architectural decision-making
Establish, document, and uphold platform architecture standards and data governance policies
Ensure alignment with CMDB/CSDM best practices and enterprise data integrity standards
Consult on complex technical challenges and provide hands-on architectural guidance when needed
Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical standards
Contribute to long-term platform strategy and roadmap planning
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem
3+ years of experience serving in a ServiceNow Architect capacity
Hands-on experience in at least three (3) of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CMDB / CSDM
Proven experience designing and implementing integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, etc.)
Experience guiding other technical teams through integration design and execution
Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining architectural governance standards
Experience creating and enforcing data governance frameworks
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred
Experience working within a multi-team, enterprise ServiceNow environment
Strong understanding of platform scalability, upgrade strategy, and technical debt management
