Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to RFID technology in retail environments
Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases
Design and implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and provide actionable insights
Manage and optimize database systems to ensure data integrity and performance
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, RFID technology, and retail analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data sources
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
Provide training and support to team members on data-related tools and best practices
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new data tools and technologies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a retail environment
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Hands-on experience with RFID technology and its applications in retail
Expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Preferred location – Bentonville, Arkansas
