Responsibilities
Collaborate on formulation development activities for pipeline products
Conduct experimental evaluations of active ingredients, excipients, and packaging components
Prepare documentation for pilot production runs, including scale-up procedures
Assist in setup and operation of pilot-scale equipment and instrumentation
Generate detailed development reports and analyze experimental data
Participate in investigations of product failures and troubleshooting efforts
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Science
Experience in analytical development within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
Familiarity with formulation development workflows and scale-up processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of FDA regulations and validation processes
