Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Own all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements)
Ensure full compliance with SOX 404 and internal control frameworks
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and advisors
Lead and scale the global accounting function (GL, Revenue, AP, AR, Payroll, Technical Accounting)
Drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing accounting teams
Oversee revenue accounting for complex customer contracts
Manage variable consideration, rebates, rights of return, and contract reviews
Partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations on accounting implications
Oversee accounting for COGS, inventory, manufacturing variances, and supply chain costs
Partner with Operations to improve margin analysis and cost visibility
Manage equity accounting under ASC 718
Support equity plan administration, option grants, ESPPs, and disclosures
Research and implement accounting guidance for complex transactions
Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
Partner with FP&A and executive leadership on forecasting and strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
Experience in a public company environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX
Hands-on experience with ASC 606 and inventory/COGS accounting
Preferred
Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, hardware, or technology
Big Four public accounting background
ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
