Responsibilities

Define and drive end-to-end receiver architectures for advanced mmWave complex (IQ) systems
Lead critical system trade-offs including: Direct conversion vs. low-IF architectures, LO distribution strategies, Calibration methodologies and performance optimization
Establish system performance targets for: Noise figure (NF), Linearity, Phase noise, IQ imbalance, EVM and overall signal integrity
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams spanning RFIC, mixed-signal, DSP, and validation
Drive silicon bring-up, debug, and correlation between system models and measured results

Required

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience architecting mmWave receiver systems (50–70 GHz range)
Deep understanding of receiver non-idealities and mitigation techniques
Strong expertise in system-level modeling and simulation
Demonstrated track record of successful silicon tape-outs and lab validation

Preferred

Experience delivering high-volume or high-performance mmWave products
Background in calibration-intensive receiver architectures
Technical leadership in multi-disciplinary engineering environments
Publications, patents, or recognized industry contributions
