Billing Clerk
LVC Companies is a leading fire protection and systems integration company established in 1982. They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk who will be responsible for converting work orders to invoices, collaborating with the service dispatching team, and assisting the accounting team with billing inquiries.

Responsibilities
Convert work orders to invoices
Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders
Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices
Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals
Work with the accounting team to research billing questions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Competency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC Skills, and 10-key
Strong communication and organization skills
High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty, integrity, and professional appearance
Team player, and an ability to remain positive and motivated
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Familiar with basic accounting principles
