Responsibilities
Deploying, configuring, and maintaining server & network hardware
Troubleshooting hardware failures (BIOS, BMC/IPMI, PXE, POST, cabling, components)
Acting as onsite escalation lead for incidents and reliability issues
Supporting 24/7 operations via rotating shifts/on-call coverage
Working cross-functionally with engineering, vendors, and customers
Managing hardware assets and repairs in high-density environments
Qualification
Required
Strong data center hardware troubleshooting experience
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
Linux systems familiarity
Experience with high-performance/GPU servers is a big plus
Comfortable in fast-paced, mission-critical operations
