Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device manufacturing
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Deep knowledge of Regulatory, Quality and audit/compliance
Preferred
Master's degree
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
