Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team of 50+ engineers, including managers, architects, and individual contributors
Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the overall technology strategy, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives
Champion a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional growth
Work on exciting, high-impact projects that directly contribute to the success of our platform and business strategy
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Drive the implementation of innovative software solutions using clean architecture principles and modern frameworks, languages, and platforms
Define and implement engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
Provide technical leadership and guidance on system architecture, design patterns, and technology selection
Ensure the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems that can support future growth
Establish and track key engineering metrics to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decisions
Present key technical concepts and updates to C-suite executives and stakeholders
Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment and operation of software systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 10 years in software engineering leadership roles, managing teams of 50+ engineers
Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices
Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular and React, and languages like Java
Proven ability to define and execute a clear technology vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions
Experience with or knowledge in building generative AI capabilities into products, or leveraging generative AI to drive product development and innovation
Preferred
Experience with Ad Tech platforms and technologies
Demonstrated success in motivating teams and fostering professional growth
