Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Phone Etiquette skills
Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships
Proficiency in Computer Literacy for service ticket creation and software use
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
Previous experience in automotive service writing or a related field is preferred
General Motors experience is a big plus
