Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans
Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Facilitate third-party security assessments and audits, including HIPAA and HITRUST assessments
Provide strategic input for security initiatives and projects, integrating security into business processes
Mentor and lead a team of GRC security professionals, identifying opportunities for process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
3 - 7 years of experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as PCI, HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST, and ISO 27007
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
