Project Coordinator
Cure 4 The Kids Foundation is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to their leadership team. This role focuses on managing timelines, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Chief Advocacy & Innovation Officer and the Director of Communications
Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and deadlines
Organize and maintain files, documents, and shared systems
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items
Track tasks, assignments, and next steps across initiatives
Serve as a central point of internal coordination
Represent leadership in person as needed, serving as an on-site point of contact when leadership is remote
Build and maintain priority timelines for departmental initiatives
Track short- and long-term project plans and deliverables
Assist with sequencing and balancing competing priorities
Monitor deadlines and flag delays
Coordinate the team to support timely completion of work
Support administrative coordination of strategic philanthropic initiatives and fundraising priorities
Track timelines, deliverables, and internal deadlines related to philanthropic initiatives
Coordinate schedules, follow-up items, and reporting needs tied to philanthropic efforts and fundraising priorities
Maintain task management, documentation, and tracking systems
Improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and clarity
Support dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
Maintain internal accountability systems
Support coordination across the Office of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs
Assist with internal reporting and data organization
Support preparation of presentations and internal materials
Provide operational support for major events, campaigns, and projects
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
Proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
Process-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
Strong prioritization and task-tracking skills

Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or operations

Familiarity with philanthropic tracking systems or funding workflows
Experience using project management or organizational platforms (Clickup)
