Business Operations - Ticketing & Hospitality Intern

LIV Golf is a global golf league that aims to innovate the sport and enhance the fan experience. The Ticketing & Hospitality Intern will support the Ticketing & Hospitality department in various initiatives, including sales, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Direct support to LIV Golf customers via email and phone communications
Assist with processing ticket requests, ADA and discount ticket requirements
Regularly monitor external material for any inaccuracies ensuring content is aligned across the business
Assist in development of internal and external facing sales materials as needed
Distribute recurring reports (daily, weekly) to stakeholders, ensuring consistency and clarity
Assist in identifying trends in ticket data to support process improvements
Work with service team on gifting fulfillment
Generate hospitality fact sheets for each LIV Golf hospitality structure, by event
