Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of programmatic activities supporting the Office of Health Equity and Human Rights Executive Team’s priorities and initiatives
Conduct data analysis activities and contribute to the provision of analytic and technical support in the development of materials summarizing analysis results of program specific initiatives led by the Office of Health Equity and Human Rights
Contribute to program evaluation, participate in special projects, and perform other appropriate related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience contributing to the coordination of program activities in a public health, health, health regulatory, or human services related program
OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience
OR six years of such experience
A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience
Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Travel up to 25% of the time will be required
The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire

Preferred

Experience working with a variety of stakeholders (i.e. government representatives, community leaders, underserved communities, community-based organizations, academic and research organizations, etc.)
Demonstrated, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
