Sketch and design digital experiences
Inform motion design of interactive experiences
Storyboard complex interactions
Communicate and articulate design rationales
Partner with other great people doing great work
Learning whatever skill it takes to deliver something incredible
Qualification
Required
An obsession with all things user experience, including skills in UX/UI and visual design
Basic motion design and / or prototyping ability
An appreciation for how things like typography, photography and color can enhance an experience
An interest in learning the ins and outs of design systems and interaction design
A portfolio full of ideas you can't wait to share
Endless curiosity and a desire to brainstorm, sketch and try new things
A negative reaction to seeing bad design or finding something difficult to use
To be considered, candidates will need to submit a YOUnicorn Brief as part of the application. Briefs should be no more than 60 seconds
Preferred
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
