Responsibilities
Receives, reviews, and sorts incoming mail
Interprets and enters data electronically
Follows up with internal clients to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Files or routes source documents after entry
Processes and scans checks
Performs other clerical duties, which may include photocopying, filing, and collating
Provides coverage for the front desk as needed
Complete all required training applicable to this position
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
A valid state driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required
Ability to lift and/or move supply deliveries and packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute for accurate data entry skills
Basic knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques in order to assess and resolve reported issues
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
Preferred
1 year relevant experience working in a mailroom, stockroom or processing department preferred
May need to be available for OT or on call (minimally)
