Responsibilities
Take responsibility for high quality execution and delivery of specific parts of a Data Analytics engagement
Develop yourself and others through seeking and offering on-the-job coaching
Oversee multiple projects ensuring the work meets the client’s needs
Use technology to continually learn and share your knowledge with other team members
Nurture relationships with professionals in other service lines and seek opportunities to work together
Maintain a strong focus on the client and be responsive to their requests
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in accounting, analytics, finance, business, statistics, economics or related field
2+ years of relevant work experience
Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), CFE, or CFCE
A proven record of success in data analysis and data science, and an in-depth knowledge of SQL, and other leading database technologies, statistical analysis packages such as SPSS, SAS or scripting languages such as Python or R
Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to solve data problems independently and be a self-starter
Familiarity of Hadoop-based technologies
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations
Preferred
A strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI
