Responsibilities
Conduct ground/flight training sessions in both aircraft and simulators, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence
Train students on ground school curricula and other topics
Develop individualized training solutions based on student needs
Prepare students and crew for written, oral and practical flight exams
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students and crew improve their knowledge and skills
Ensure student adherence to safety procedures during flight and ground operations
Conduct Line Observations and proficiency checks for certificated crew
Assist in development and updating of training materials and curricula
Stay current with Flight Monitor, Ground Handler, Maintenance Tech and Flight Operations Coordinator roles and best practices
Qualification
Required
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
Experience developing and delivering training programs
Experience in flight operations, or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge of aviation safety standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
1+ year experience in a leadership or coordination role within flight operations, logistics, or a related field
