ARNG/USAR Task Leader/Manday Analyst
Decisive Point Consulting Group is currently building a candidate pipeline for a potential contract award to support the Headquarters Department of the Army. The ARNG/USAR Task Leader/Manday Analyst will provide analytical support for Army training programs and manage the work efforts of senior analysts while ensuring compliance with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Responsibilities
Shall serve as the lead analyst supporting key segments of the work performed on this project
Shall control and manage the work efforts of senior analysts performing analysis or system design tasks
Provide technical and programmatic support to the Training Directorate, including program management, technical assistance, and subject matter expertise directly supporting the Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM)
Support the Army Training Models contract with the following tasks:
Software maintenance
Software development
Training
Custom Analysis
Staff Support
Provide assistance and support to the Army Training Models contract with these specified tasks:
Populate, Update Per Capita Rates, and Reconcile data
Support Army modernization (ReARMM)
Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MODCOP) development
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Operations and Research Staff Support
Qualification
Required
Requires a SECRET Clearance
Must have 10 or more years of experience with ARNG / Army Reserve training resource management
Must possess demonstrated working knowledge of and successful experience working with HQDA-level PPBE process
Knowledgeable and direct experience with AT-IDT training policies, ARNG force structure, USAR Force structure, and relationship of NGB and state and territories
Demonstrated ability to analyze large data files and maintain quality control
Must possess 5 or more years of experience and knowledge in costing RC mandays
Must possess 5 years or more experience in developing system design requirements for training resource applications used to support decision-making at HQDA
Must possess thorough knowledge, experience and skill using the applications on this project (cTRM/BLTM/cITRM/cATRM/cMRM)
Must have user knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Must possess a bachelor's degree
Must have COMPO specific Army experience
Must be functionally familiar with Army doctrine, Army and Reserve component acronyms
