Responsibilities
Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs
Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements
Assesses program performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance

Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Experience interfacing with suppliers, customers, work associates/teams, and/or management
Experience with Quality Management System
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
US Citizenship required
Preferred
Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in a STEM related discipline
Experience with quality engineering, inspection methods, production control, manufacturing operations, product test & evaluation, reliability, root cause analysis, defect analysis, control of nonconforming material, product sell off, shipping and product support as they apply to quality
PMP certification or experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite skills - Project Management
Experience with FAI (First Article Inspection)
Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification and/or experience to help drive continuous improvement
CAM/Earned Value certification/experience
Active Secret Clearance
