Lead CRD training and onboarding sessions (virtual + onsite)
Train 240+ users across 20+ offices
Deliver workshops, documentation, and best-practice guidance
Provide go-live hypercare and post-implementation support
Act as liaison between Advisors, Business, and Technology
Serve as SME on CRIMS / CRE workflows and platform functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Charles River (CRD / CRIMS / CRE) experience
Experience supporting OMS / EMS implementations
Strong training, enablement, or user adoption experience
Ability to translate technical workflows into business language
Comfortable traveling for multi-office rollouts
Preferred
Financial Services background (Wealth / Asset Management preferred)
