Responsibilities
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data hygiene issues across our systems
Maintain and update documentation related to trafficking, process, and vendors
Supporting the development of best practices around deployment, integration, and adoption of Advertising Technologies
Supporting the development of position statements, case studies, and best practices around the deployment, integration, and adoption of advertising and digital marketing technologies
Build and maintain relationships with traffickers, agency teams, and others, in the service of delivering against our priorities and goals
Assisting in the training of teams on the CRS process and other ad ops processes
Assist with managing projects and ad-hoc deliverables, in partnership with more senior stakeholders, managers, and leaders in the group
Qualification
Required
0-1+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to get technical and tactical: you should have had experience using technical tools, curiosity and demonstrated knowledge for how those tools have worked, and ideally been able to support or troubleshoot issues with those systems, whether in your academic or professional background
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
Proactive, organized, dedicated, team player
Problem solver, with strong curiosity to get to the ‘bottom' of problems and know why they happened in the first place
Excellent time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects
Demonstrated skill using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or similar presentation tools
Preferred
Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
