Responsibilities
Manage general technical network responsibilities, including monthly oversight of the Network Health Automation Center
Own Problem, Incident, and Change Management within the Connectivity Service Group
Create and maintain knowledge base articles for incidents and operational processes
Perform ITSM ticket audits and handle ongoing operational topics
Plan, submit, and finalize network Invest planning and steering approval submissions
Coordinate End-of-Life (EoL) planning and budgeting for US and Canada in collaboration with Local Network Service (LNS) teams
Conduct yearly investment audits with Manufacturing Corporation Invest and US Region Invest Controlling teams
Manage Invest documentation, including serial number tracking and follow-ups
Create and manage purchase orders, goods receipts, ACFs, and related financial documentation
Participate in biweekly Global Network Services (GNS) and Local Network Service (LNS) contracting synchronization meetings
Weekly operational review meetings for GNS regions and US LNS
Handle LFS regional topics across the US, Canada, and South America
Conduct monthly GNS bad ticket reviews
Coordinate activities with the Contracting Team Center
Manage international contract updates related to Global Network Services and network hardware
Synchronize with Hardware Contracting and Purchasing teams across the Americas region
Support contractual clarifications, including tenders between Purchasing and central teams
Qualification
Required
Network certifications related to Aruba and/or Cisco
Strong knowledge of WLAN, Routing, and Switching
Experience working in global enterprise network environments
Proven expertise in ITSM processes, operational governance, and service management
Strong understanding of investment planning, budgeting, and financial controls
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with global network service providers
Exposure to manufacturing or large enterprise environments
Strong documentation and audit management skills
Ability to manage cross-regional and cross-functional teams
