Customer Success Manager
ActOne Group is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead performance, compliance, and growth for national staffing programs across the U.S. This role serves as a strategic liaison between internal teams and enterprise clients, focusing on client retention, program performance, and revenue growth within complex workforce solutions environments.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for national account staffing programs
Manage and optimize performance within MSP/VMS environments
Drive job order fulfillment strategy using internal recruiting resources
Ensure SLA compliance, KPI delivery, and contract adherence
Analyze VMS data + internal ATS/CRM data to improve program performance
Lead business reviews, scorecards, and performance presentations
Train branch teams on VMS processes, compliance, and best practices
Monitor audits, reporting requirements, and operational metrics
Identify and execute revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
Research and resolve financial discrepancies and invoicing issues
Maintain detailed program documentation and communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in staffing industry operations or branch leadership
Experience working with MSP programs and VMS platforms
Strong understanding of national account staffing models
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
Ability to analyze and interpret data across multiple systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5+ years staffing experience
Preferred
BA or BS degree
Proven MSP/VMS program servicing experience
Track record of driving revenue growth in staffing programs
Experience expanding accounts through workforce strategy partnerships
