Installation Coordinator

CACI International Inc is seeking an Installation Coordinator who will track the status of accounts’ readiness from installation execution through completion for the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Program. The role involves ensuring that commands are prepared for onsite upgrades and installations, as well as managing documentation and communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Communicate with command POC’s as part of the coordination process for weekly status and completion of the Pre-upgrade/installation requirements.C
The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the command is prepared and meets all prerequisite requirements before assigning an AIT to travel and perform the onsite upgrades and/or installations
Create line items in the Tech Refresh list on Sharepoint
Create document sets for each account, System Operation Verification Test (SOVT), In/Out Briefs, Installation Completion Reports (ICR), and checklists
Perform weekly updates and record information in SharePoint

Provide Bi-weekly status to OSICs/TYCOMs
Draft and submit BESEP messages
Develop weekly activity reports
Screen and upload AIT documentation
Assist in the creation/development of Quality Assurance workbooks for Afloat and Submarine installations
Provide status to the Project Engineer for the weekly SPIDER update

Qualification

Required

Active Secret Clearance
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members
Willingness to travel 25%

Preferred

Fifteen years of experience in a military environment performing training, integration, and test of C4ISR complex systems
