Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
AlphaX is a small CPA firm serving both business and individual tax clients, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support daily operations. This role combines administrative support with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to accounting and tax staff
Perform bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and record maintenance
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Organize client files and maintain accurate financial records
Support office operations and client communications
Assist with additional tasks as needed during busy tax seasons
Qualification
Required
Prior administrative and/or bookkeeping experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Ability to work in a small team environment
