The role involves ensuring data accuracy, assisting with updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize maintenance planning and reporting.

Responsibilities
Provide hands on field support for validation of CMMS data & activities
Assist in data entry and maintenance of accurate records within the CMMS, including equipment details & history
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement system updates, enhancements, or integrations
Drive interaction with external teams to verify the impact of & obtain access to integrated Facilities assets
Perform audits of CMMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support rollout of new CMMS features or modules
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations when supporting field operations
Qualification
Required
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management, and inventory control
Ability to work independently in field environments and adapt to changing priorities
Strong technical aptitude and problem solving proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
2 years of experience working with CMMS software is preferred Maximo, SAP, or similar systems
