Responsibilities
Own our tech ecosystem — Shopify, Airtable, ERP, Google Workspace — and make everything talk to each other seamlessly
Build automations, dashboards, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows that change how the team operates
Identify inefficiencies across the business and solve them before anyone asks you to
Evaluate, procure, and implement new platforms and systems
Manage offshore development resources for larger builds
Be the translation layer between business problems and technical solutions
Qualification
Required

You understand how code works. You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you can ship
