SAP Analyst (SuccessFactors / Payroll)
Confidential company is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Analyst specializing in Payroll. This role involves leading the configuration, testing, and optimization of payroll processes to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations across the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary functional lead and subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration and operations
Configure and maintain payroll rules, schemas, infotypes, pay components, payroll areas, and pay run controls within EC Payroll and connected systems
Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications, configuration designs, and technical solutions
Own end-to-end payroll change management: assess impacts, design solutions, configure updates, and validate results
Oversee payroll integrations with time systems, benefits platforms, general ledger, banking, and third-party payroll providers; define interfaces, map data, and coordinate with technical teams
Qualification
Required
4+ years of payroll experience, including enterprise payroll systems support
Hands-on functional/configuration experience with SuccessFactors
Strong knowledge of payroll processes including taxation, deductions, retroactive pay, off-cycle processing, year-end activities, and payroll accounting
