Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and guidelines
Collect, process, and analyze samples, including blood, urine, and tissue specimens
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Prepare reagents, solutions, and media for testing purposes
Maintain accurate records of test results and data management
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two year of experience as a Laboratory Technician or similar role in a clinical laboratory setting
Proficiency in performing various laboratory techniques, such as blood sampling, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood banking
