Responsibilities
Work with teams across engineering, product, operations, legal, UX, sales, and marketing to define requirements and deliver complex ad products that leverage generative AI
Lead daily stand-ups, track progress against key milestones, and lead technical conversations
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from early career university hires to senior executives
Represent the team in conversations and debates related to complex decisions, trade-offs, and solutions
Build relationships and manage by influence in a matrix organization to solve complex AI problems against tight timelines
Mentor senior and Principal TPMs and serve as a role model across the organization on TPM best practices (e.g., status reports, workback plans, executive communications)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
10+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of software development experience
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred
12+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
